About Me

I am a third year PhD student at the University of Illinois at Chicago working with Dr. Linda Skitka. My research interests focus on the processes underlying moralization and how moral conviction can be used in persuasive contexts. I am also interested in the relationship between identity expression and moral conviction, which is the topic of my current research.

Prior to starting a graduate program at UIC, I earned my B.S. in Psychology from The Ohio State University in 2016. After graduating, I spent a gap year working at Ohio State part-time as a lab manager in the Department of Psychology and part-time as a Research Data Coordinator in the Department of Family Medicine.
